Module 2: Digital Construction Innovation & Policy Leadership
Interrogate frontier technologies—digital twins, blockchain, AI, IoT—and their implications for project delivery, compliance, and lifecycle asset management. Critically assess Kenya’s digital policy environment and contribute to shaping innovation roadmaps for your organization or sector.

Module 3: Change Management & Digital Transformation Strategy
Develop strategies to lead and manage digital change within complex organizational systems. Apply proven change leadership models to diagnose readiness, overcome cultural resistance, and mobilize teams around innovation, digital literacy, and operational transformation.
